PBS Digital Transformation

At PBS Digital Studios, Diana oversees a grant portfolio of three accelerator programs that build digital capacity and programming for PBS member stations and independent production companies. Deliverables include 20+ original digital-first series spanning 400 YouTube and bespoke vertical videos, 5+ engaging conference experiences for national audiences, and leading the creation of the PBS Digital Production Guidebook.

Her recent portfolio includes funding from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and National Science Foundation.

Awards & Recognition

Grantee series have received more than a dozen award nominations and wins between 2023-2025, including:

  • Ritual was nominated for a 2024 NAACP Award and NAMIC, and won a Webby Award.

  • Brave Spaces was nominated for a 2024 GLAAD Media Award and NAMIC, and won a Webby Award.

  • Women of the Earth was nominated for a 2024 NAMIC and Webby Award.

  • In the Margins and Roots of Resistance were both nominated for a 2025 NAACP Image Award.
